2019 Ford Focus Active Exterior
This car’s exterior reflects a more premium and slight off-road look. A robust C-pillars sheet metal is positioned above the rear wheels to give it a longer hood and a sleek front fender. The wheelbase has been increased by 53 mm / 2.0 inches to give this car a larger diameter tire. Focus Active height will be 30 mm / 1.2 inches more than other trims, it will give the car crossover look, even though, this isn’t the real crossover. The wheels have been placed higher to minimize the visual mass and length. The athletic exterior look gives the car more efficient aerodynamic capabilities.
Also included in its exterior design is a more smooth profile, integrated aerodynamic features, soft corners… Its face is quite simple and it exudes an assertive look. There is a Ford grille placed between the headlamps. The headlamps and the taillamps are all placed on the outboard to enhance the width of the car. The two-piece taillamps give it a more adaptive deck-lid opening.
